POST AND TELEGRAPH OFFICE HOLIDAY.

Monday, the 9th November (Prince of Wales' Birthday), the Post and Telegraph Office will not be opened. Mails usually closed on Mondays will be closed the previous Saturday at 7 p.m. except those for despatch by the Christchurch coach on Tuesday . morning, which will be closed at the usual hour on Monday evening. A delivery by the letter carrier will be made on Saturday evening, 7th instant. D. S. Millar, Acting Postmaster. Post Office, Kumara, November 3, 1885.
