[united press association.] Nelson, August 15. A meeting of the Inland Communication Committee is called for Monday, to arrange for the formation of a railway league here, with sister leagues in every centre throughout the provincial district, the object of the leagues being to secure the complete construction of the railway, with the least possible delay.
