L The ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Subscribers and Ticket-holders will be held at the Towu Hull, on TUESDAY, the 18th inst., at 8 o'clock p.m., when the Balance-sheet aud Committee's Report for the past year will be submitted. Nominations will be received by the Secretary for the Election of a COMMITTEE OP MANAGEMENT for the ensuing year, at any time up to that date. All Subscribers of Ten Shillings (10s) and upwards are entitled to nominate a Candidate. Nomination papers can be obtained from the undersigned.
