NATIVE RESERVES QUESTION. [SPECIAL TO KUMAKA TIHES."| Wellington, July 3. In the House yesterday, the Native Minister, in answer to Mr Seddon's question, stated that a Royal Commission would be appointed to report on the Native Reserves question, so that legislation may pass, finally settling all disputes.
