TIIHE DRAWING in WIESNER'S 1 ART UNION will take place THIS DAY, SATURDAY, at 7.30 TENDERS WANTED. 1 TUESDAY, July 14th, for the CONSTRUCTION of a TUNNEL, 850 feet long, more or less, through reef; no timbering required. For particulars apply to W. 3. Hanna and party, on the ground; or at Messrs Keecb and Mailoy's Store; and at Mr G. Walker's Store, where Plans and Specifications may be seen. Kumara, July 3, 1885. COBB AND CO.'S TELEGRAPH LINE OF ROYAL MAIL COACHES LEAVE THE EMPIRE HOTEL, HOKITIKA. FOR CHRISTCHURCH, EVERY TUESDAY AND FRIDAY At 6 o'clock a.m. The Coaches leave Kumara at 9 a.m., on the above days, returning to Hokitika every Wednesday and Saturday, at about 3 p.m. Passengers from Kumara can be booked and obtain full particulars as to rates, &c, from Mr Robert Gillon, at the Booking Office, Queen's Anns Hotel, Kumara.
