Sir Henry Loch, Governor of Victoria, and Lady Loch are at present in this city on a visit to his Excellency Lord Loftus. Brisbane, June 2. The determination of the Govern, ment to return all island laborers serving in Queensland to their homes, has caused great dissatisfaction among the sugar-growers, and some planters are resisting their return. The Government, however, maintain a firm attitude on the question.
