RETURN OF THE QUEEN TO WINDSOR. PASSING THE COLONIAL FEDERATION ENABLING BILL. ARRIVAL OF THE S.S. DORIC.
(Received May 4, 2.15 a.m.) London, May 3. The Queen returned to Windsor yesterday from the Continent, The Colonial Federation Enabling Bill has been finally passed by the House of Lords.
Shaw, Saville and Albion Company’s steamship Doric, from Wellington, March 22, arrived at Plymouth yesterday afternoon. The shipment of frozen meat is in good condition.
