[REUTERS TELEGRAMS.] By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. >_._4 GEN. GRAHAM AT SUAKIM. SUMMONS TO OSMAN DIGNA TO SURRENDER. RECONNAISANCE BY BRITISH TROOPS. SKIRMISH WITH REBEL ARABS. (Received March 20, 1 a.m.) Suakim, March 18. General Graham has summoned Osman Digna to surrender, in order to avoid bloodshed. (Received March 20, 11.20 a.m.) March 19. A force, provided with a day's rations and a hundred rounds of ammunition per man, started from Suakim this morning in the direction of Hashun. (Received March 20, 1 p.m.) Later. The force despatched from here this morning merely made a reconnaisance in the direction of Hashun. It was found that the place had been evacuated by the enemy. The British entered, and after a slight skirmish with the rebels, who were still in the vicinity, returned to their camp.
