It is reported that the British troops under General Graham will next week advance against the rebels under Osman Digna, who are collected in the neighbourhood of this place in considerable force. [special to press association.] London, March 13. The rebel followers of Osman Digna make daily surprises on the British outposts at Suakim. March 16. The absence of water transport is delaying the advance of LieutenantGeneral Sir Gerald Graham.
