[REUTER’S TELEGRAMS.] By Electric Telegraph—Copyright > —< STORMING OF KEELUNG. TWO HUNDRED AND FORTY FRENCHMEN KILLED. (Received March 13, 1.15 a.m.) Hong-Kong, March 12. Latest reports from Formosa announce that the French forces recently stormed the Chinese position at Keelung for five days, but without success, and in the fighting which took place the French lost 240 men killed.
