WARDEN'S COURT.

Friday, March 6. [Before D. Macfarlane, Esq., Warden.] APPLICATIONS. The three applications of Mr D. Hannan, legal manager for the Long Tunnel Company, for a branch race to convey water for mining purposes from Holmes' water-race No. 1027, to divert the right-hand branch of Dawsou's Creek, and to form a new channel therefor, all being objected to, were again postponed. Thomas Derby and party, by their agent Mr Hannan, applied for an extended claim at Dunedin Flat Granted. Mr D. Hannan, Legal Manager Long Tunnel Company, applied to construct a tunnel tail-race at the Shamrock Lead.—Granted. Roger Hanrahan, by his agent Mr Hannan, applied for a residence area on the Education Reserve.—Granted; Charles Hillier, by the same agent, applied for a residence area at Dillman's Town.—Granted.

Thomas Moynihan, by the same agent, applied for a residence area at Dillman'a Town.—Grauted.
