(Received February 16, 1 a.m.) London, February 14, The Marquis of Lome in a letter to the Times, strongly urges Government to accept the Australian and Canadian troops for service iu Soudan. (Received February 16, 11 a. m.) February 25. The Observer newspaper to-day states it has been decided to accept the offer of the New South Wales troops for Soudan ; and it is expected the Queen will personally indicate her high estimation of the generous offer of the colony. (Received February 16, 1 a.m.) Rome, February 14. The third expedition leaves Naples on the 19th inst. on the mission connected with Italian annexation in the Red Sea.
