ELECTION NOTICE. Licensing district op araHTJRA. In pursuance of “The Licensing Act, 1881,” and the “Licensing Act, Amendment, 1882,” I hereby give notice that FRIDAY, the 27th day of February, 1885, is the day appointed for the Election of FIVE PERSONS to constitute a LICENSING COMMITTEE for the said district. NOMINATIONS will be received at the COURT HOUSE, STAFFORD (where printed forms of nomination papers may be obtained), addressed to the Returning Officer, up to noon on THURSDAY, the 19th day of February, 1885. A. F. F. ETHERIDGE, Returning Officer. Dated at Hokitika, this 11th day of February, 1885, LICENSING DISTRICT OF ARAHURA. IN pursuance of the provisions of the Licensing Act, 1881, and Amendment Act, 1882, I hereby appoint the undermentioned place and days for the MEETINGS of the LICENSING COMMITTEE, to be “ The Quarterly Licensing Meeting” of the Araluua Licensing District, for the year 1885. ARAHURA DISTRICT: The Court House, Stafford, on Wednesday, March 4th, June 3rd, Sep. tember 2nd, and December 2nd, each day at noon. A. F. F. ETHERIDGE, Returning Officer.
