Sir—Mr Nicholas in his rambling letter only calls for one remark : That it is odd when he pretends to have claimed treatment at the Hospital as an Oddfellow, he should forget that he paid one shilling as an outpatient, which from the doctor's letter to the committee, published in your report, appears to have been the case,—-I remain, yours, &c,
