Arrived, this morning, the steamship City of Sydney, from San Francisco, via Auckland. The Budget Statement was delivered in the Legislative Assembly this afternoon. The Colonial Treasurer estimates the revenue for the year at £8,470,000, aud the expenditure at £8,420,000, leaving a surplus of £275,000 (?) at the close of next year. (Received November 21, la.m.) Later. Booth, the founder of the Blue Ribbon Army, contemplates making a three months' tour, through New Zealand commencing at Auckland in January next.
