[REUTER’S TELEGRAMS.] By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. CRICKET.—ALL ENGLAND V. VICTORIA. (Received November 18, 0.55 a.m.) Melbourne, November 17. The cricket match between the English team and eleven of Victoria was resumed to-day, when the home team, with six wickets down for 118, continued their first innings, which closed for a total of 146. . The principal scorers to-day were —E. Walters, 32; and G. Smith, 18. The visitors then went in for their second innings, and at the close of the day’s play had lost eight wickets for 130. Shrewsbury was bowled for 26 ; Ulyett, caught, 21; and Barnes, not out, 37. Owing to the recent rains the wicket was heavy and much cut up during the day.
