NOTICE.
Postage Stamps to be tt SE d for the Payment, of Charges on Telegrams. On and after the Ist October, 1884, Postage Stamps are to be used for the prepayment of the charges on telegrams. Senders of messages would save the time of the officers if they will be kind enough to affix the stamps on the front of the message forms, just as they are affixed to letters. Stamps may be procured at every Telegraph Office. W. GRAY, Secretary. General Post Office, Wellington, 22nd September, 1884.
