Nuhar Pasha, President of the Egyptian Council of Ministers, has formally notified the Commission of the Gaissey de La Dette Publiqne on the International Tribunal of Liquidation that, in view of the deficit in the budget of Egyptian finances, the Ministry will temporarily collect and receive, instead of the Caissey, the revenues assigned to the service of the public debt, except as regards the payment of the October coupons.
