FRENCH DELARATION OF WAR AGAINST CHINA.
(Received September 11, 11,15 a.m.) Hong-Kong, September 10.
Operations are now proceeding on the part of the Chinese with a view of effectually blocking the bar at the entrance of the Woosung River. Paris, September 10.
The newspaper “LeNational” publishes a> statement to-day to the effect that Government contemplates issuing a formal declaration of war against China, and further convoying [?] the French Chambers to obtain sanction for the prosecution of important operations in China.
