ZANDER & SONS' EUCALYPTI k> EXTRACT. (Deutsche Med Wochenschiift 1579), Hosier, M.D. Professor at the University, Griefswald, Germany, reports; — The Eucalypti Extract proved magnificently successful in very severe contusions, bruises, sprains, wounds, scaldings, broken ribs, and limbs. It effectually stays all inflammation and swellings. Also, the services derived from it in all disorders of the respiratory organs, as croup, diphtheria, inflammation of the bronchial tubes and lungs, cbronic catarrh, bronchitis, colds, &c, are not to be equalled by any other medicament. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. Lister, M.D., Professor, &c, London, the leading surgeon of the present time, stated at the last meeting of the Clinical Society, London, as published in Gaillard's Medical Journal, that the Eucalypti Extract is the best known antiseptic (means of preventing putrefaction). SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (American Medical Jonrnal, Novem ber, 1881). —In diseases of the kidney either active congestion or suppression (uraemia) all albuminuria, dropsy, lithia sis, nothing will equal in its action Eucalypti Extract. Doses, five to eight drops in a little sweetened water, twice or three times daily. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (From American Medical Journal, Jan., 1882).—Pitzer, M.D., Professoi Theory and Practice of Medicine, American Medical College, says—lt is the best remedy known in typhomalarial, typhoid fever, erysipelas, diph- • theria, scarlet fever, small-pox, &c. ; it effectually retards the disintegration of the animal fluids, which might result in a general breaking-up of the blood and in death. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (From St. Loais Electric Medical Journal, Dec, 1881). —Cancer of the Tongue—Patient, Mrs W , 3f years old. Evidence of scrofulous diathesis. Prescribed four drops to bi taken three times daily; also, tongui wetted three times with the Eucalypt Extract. Treated as above for fou weeks, then discharged cured. (J. H. Philadelphia).—Since, in the case o Mr Mercer, of Kerang, who had beei advised by the medical officers of th Bendigo Hospital to have his tongu removed, like splendid results hav attained through the application of thi Eucalypti Extract.
