IN pursuance of “ The Regulation of Elections Act, 1881,” I James M'Enni'Sj Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Kumara, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a writ bearing date the' Twenty day of June, 1,884, under the hand of the. Clerk of the Writs, an ELECTION will be held for the return of ONE Qualified Person to serve as MEMBER for the said Electoral District; and that the NOMINATION OF CANDIDATES will take place at the Resident Magistrate’s Court House, Kumara, at noon on TUESDAY, the 15th day of July, 1884, and that the POLL, if necessary, will be taken at. the several Polling-places of the said district, on TUESDAY, the 22nd day of July, 1884. ; The following are the POLLINGPLACES for the Electoral District of Kumara : The Court House, Kumara, (principal). POLLOCK are requested to pay their accounts immediately, or same will be put into a Solicitor’s hands for recovery. All persons in Kumara , or any other part of the colony, -to whom Mr S. S. Pollock may be indebted are requested to send in their accounts to him, at Mr Gilbert Stewart’s Hotel, for payment, S. S. POLLOCK. Kumara, June, 26, 1884. JIREEMAN’S CHLORODYNE.
