Gentlemen— l beg to announce to you that I intend again to seek your suffrages as your Representative in the New Zealand Parliament. For the past five years I have used every endeavour to serve you faithfully and trust my efforts have proved beneficial to you and the colony, and that you will accord me a renewal of your confidence.
