NOTICE OF POLLING DAY. 1 Elections Act, 1881," I James M'Ennis, Returning Officer for tbe Electoral District of Kumara, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a writ bearing date the Twenty-seventh day of June, 188-4, under the hand of the Clerk of the Writs, an ELECTION will be held for the return of ONE Qualified Person to serve as MEMBER for the said Electoral District ; and that the NOMINATION OF CANDIDATES will take place at the Resident Magistrate's Court House, Kumara, at noon on TUESDAY, the 15th day of July, 1884, and that the POLL, if necessary, will be taken at the several Polling-places of the said district, on TUESDAY, the 22nd day of July, 1884.
