HOSPITAL FETE COMMITTEE. A MEETING of the HOSPITAL FETE COMMITTEE will take place on FRIDAY EVENING next, the 18th inst., at 8 p.m. All ACCOUNTS against the Committee must, be sent in to Mr W. Nicholson, Treasurer, on or before that day, at 5 p.m, L. J. SPYER, , Secretary. April 16, 1884. KUMARA VOLUNTEER FIRE BRIGADE. A FANCY DRESS BALL will be held on the evening of FRIDAY, MAY 23rd, 1884, in aid of the Kuraara Volunteer Fire Brigade. WILLIAM CLOSE, Seo.K.V.F.B. Messrs jones and menteath, BARRISTERS, SOLICITORS AND CONVEYANCERS, Werita Street, Greymouth. A Member of the above firm will attend the usual fortnightly Sittings of the Resident Magistrate’s and Warden’s Courts at Kumara ; and may be consulted at Gilbert Stewart’s Hotel on the evening preceding the Sitting of the Court.
