lANDER & SONS' -EUCALYPTI U EXTRACT. (Deutsche Med Wochenschriffc 1879), Mosler, M.D. Professor at tlie University, Germany, reports:— The Eucalypti Extract proved magnificently successful in very severe contusions, ib'ruiaes, 1 sprairis,' wounds, scalding*, broken ribs, .and limbs. It effectually stays all inflammation, and swellings. Also, the services' derived from it in all disorders of the respiratory, organs, as croup, diphtheria, inflammation of the bronchial tubes and ■lungs,.chronic.catarrh,.bronqhitis, colds, &c, arc not to be equalled by any other medicament. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI . . EXTRACT.. ' Lister, M.D:, Professor, &c, London, the leading surgeon of the present lime stated at the last meeting of the Clinical Society, London, as published in Gaillard's Medical Journal, that the Eucalypti Extract is the best known antisep tic (means of preventing putrefaction). SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (American Medical Jonrnal, N'ovem ber, 1SS1). —In diseases of the kidney, either active congestion or suppression (unemia) all albuminuria, dropsy, lithia sis, nothing will equal in its action Eucalypti Extract. Doses, five to eight drops in a little sweetened water, twice or three times daily. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (Prom American Medical Journal, Jan.,-1882).—Pitzer, M.D., Professor Theory and Practice .. of Medicine, American Medical College, says—lt is the best remedy known in typhomalarial, typhoid fever, erysipelas, diphtheria, scarlet fever, small-pox, <fcc. :; it effectually retards the disintegration, of the animal fluids, which might result; in a general breaking-up of the bloodt and in death. SANDER. AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (From .' St. Louis : Electric Medical Journal, Dec, 18'Sl). —Cancer of the Tongue—Patient, Mrs W , 35 years old. Evidence of scrofulous diathesis. Proscribed four drops to be taken three times daily; also, tongue wetted three times with the Eucalypti Extract. Treated as above for four weeks, then discharged cured. (J. 11. PvUftley,'M.D., Prof., Ac., Philadelphia).—Since, in the case of Mr Mercer, of Kerang, who had been advised, by the .mcdioal : officers of the Bcndigo Hospital to have his tongue removed, like splendid results have attained through the application of the Eucalypti Extract. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (From the Clinical Record, of August, 1881). —Surgical Clinic of Professor M'lutyro, College of Physicians, and Surgeons, St. Louis Scirrhus of Ureas t.— Excision : Eucalypti Extract employed as spray, and dressing. Eight days after opeiafion Professors Bauer and M ; lntyre noted the following condition : —No swelling, heat or discolora lion, near or in the wound, which has united fully ; the patient allowed to attend lo her household duties asrain. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (Clinical Record, Sept. 1880).—The 'American n edical' profession uses, in pe.nm-rl.cca, as an injection, an emulsion of one ounce gum Arabic, in 30 or 40 'ounces of water, applied four times daily. M.D. Prof, of Pathology and Diseases of the. Mind, states: We have examined half a dozen specimens of Eucalypti Extract. Sander's preparation was the only one which corresponds lo scientific tests. Cur preparation is the only existing volatile extract, free of all resinous par tides. All other preparations of the Eucalyptus, no matter where manufactured, are crude, resinous oils, irritating and .blistering, rather causing inflammation than staying it, and-of'real danger if erroimusly applied in thro; t disease.-, itc. !'-.o bottles genuine except those with labels hearing our signal lire and trade mark, and secured outside with pink wrapper and green band, the latter bearing our location and signature.
