FIRE BRIGADE.

| The monthly meeting of Hie Volunteer Fire Brigade was held in the Town Mall on Wednesday, 2nd inst.; present—Captain Dove, Lieut. The motion was seconded by Foreman M'Ewen, but lost on being put to the meeting. The officers reported all gear tf> be in yood working order.
