The Victorians in the second innings secured the required number of runs (139), for the loss of seven wickets, and thus won the match by three wickets. M'Donnell was the highest scorer, with 42. A cricket match will be commenced to-morrow between the Australasian team which proceed to England and a combined team of Australia. The former will consist of Alexander, Blackham, Boyle, Bonnor, A. Bannerman, Cooper, G. Giffen, Murdock, M'Donnell, Palmer, and Midwinter. The combined team will comprise Bruce, Horan, Jarvis, Jones, M'Shane, Moel, Scott, Turner, Walters, W. Giffen, and Lewis.
