By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. BRITISH AND FOREIGN. ARREST OF MORE EXPLOSISTS AND MATERIALS. ALARM FOR WINDSOR CASTLE. THE QUEEN’S HEALTH. (Received April TO, 1 p.m.) London, April 6. Four men named Norman, Gallagher, Wilsou, and Dalton, (the last an American) who were recently arrested in London, were charged at the Bow street Police Conrt to-day with being in unlawful possession of explosive material which it was proved had emanated from Birmingham. The prisoners were remanded till Thursday next. The police have information that the accused have been supplied with considerable sums of money from America. In consequence of an alarm that an atttack upon Windsor Castle is intended, the military guard at the Palace has been largely increased, and vigilance is being exercised. April 7. In the House af Commons to-day, Sir Win. Veruon-Harcourt announced that on Monday next he will propose certain stringent measures for the punishment of persons guilty of dynamite outrages, and that he will ask that precedence be given to the consideration of his proposals. A man named Kilton has been arrested at Easton, and a brother of Gallagher, now in custody here, has been arrested at Glasgow on charges of conspiracy in intended dynamite outrages. It is believed that the dynamite which has been seized in possession of the several persons recently arrested was intended for wide-spread explosions in London, A search which has been made of Whitehead’s factory at Birmingham, which was seized on the sth, has disclosed material for the wholesale manufacture of nitroglycerine. In consequence of the recent disclosures at Birmingham a detachmant of troops has been sent to augment the force now garrisoned there. The two men Casey and Flanaghan, who arrived at Liverpool on 31st March, charged with illegally landing explosives from Cork, have been further examined, and committed for trial. Obituary,—General Dean Pitt. April 8. An American named Ausburghe was arrested yesterday in London, with a quantity of nitro-glycerine in his possession, which was immediately seized. The package was addressed to Cork to the prisoners Casey and Flanagan, now under committal at Liverpool. The health of the Queen is improving, and her Majesty is now much stronger.
