The above Store and Section was sold by me to Mr James Woods, Baker, Kumara, on the sth day of the present month. The following is a copy of my authority for selling the same :—“ I hereby authorise Mr George Orams to receive all moneys due to the estate of Alfred Skilton. His receipt will be a discharge of account. — Cameron Smith, Trustee Alfred Skilton’s estate.” I received also a list of debts, and one of articles to be sold, among which is the shop. A memo is at the the foot of this list as follows:—“We will allow you 5 per cent, on all moneys collected and sales made. CAMERON Smith. For Trustees A.
