The Kumara Times. Published Every Evening. MONDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 1883.

The real culprits of the cold-blooded Dublin Phoenix Park murders have at last beeu identified and brought to justicp. Their names are James Carey (a resident of Dublin), Delaney, Kelly, and Brady. Kavanagh, the man who drove the car in which the arch-fiends got away from the scene of their brutal actious has turned informer, and given conclusive evidence of the guilt of four men who actually committed this bold and cruel deed. Although eight men bave been charged with complicity in the murder of Lord Cavendish and Mr Bourko, according to the carman's evidence four only were directly implicated in the dreadful tragedy. Notwithstanding the tempting offers of £IO,OOO rom the Briti.-sh Government (with a free pardon to an accomplice not au actual murderer), and another of £SOOO from the rt-latives of the deceased, Kavanagh, the carman, does not seem to have ventured to "out" the murder until he was himself overtaken by the law, and lodged in durance vile; anl, indeed, his life would not have been worth much if he were not at the present time under tlio guardianship of the law.
