Also, RESERVE, No. 44, Christchurch Road, which will be leased in two portions —viz., 30 acres and 10 acres respectively, for a period of ten years, at the upset'price of Is an acre for the first three years, and 2s 6d an acre for the remaining term of seven years, payable in advance.
