(Received February 6, 9 p.m.) London, February 5. Earl Spencer, Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland, has left Dublin’ for London. The departure of his Excellency was not previously announced, and was quite unexpected. (Received February 7, 0.40 a.m.) February 6. The four men who were recently arrested on charges of complicity in the. Phoenix Park murders were again brought up yesterday at the Dublin Police Court. The evidence given connected the prisoners with the murder of an informer, who was killed after an extensive discovery of arms had been made by the police. The case is further remanded. The committee to which the Bonapartists will be referred by the Senate is composed of a majority of members who are opposed to the provision for the expulsion of members of the Dynastic families from France, as agreed to in the Chamber of Deputies by a large majority. Prince Jerome Bonaparte, who was arrested on a charge of sedition, has been committed for trial. Bombay, February 6. Intelligence is to hand from Joonaghur, in Baroda territory, of a serious affray between the police and a number of malcontent Ryots, native peasants. A body of 200 of the latter were attacked by a large force of armed native police, and 70 Ryots were killed. (Received February 6, 9 p.m.) New York, Febauary 5. Serious floods have occurred in the States of Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Indiana, causing an immense amount of damage to property. Vienna, February 5.
