ELECTION NOTICE. LICENSING DISTRICT OF THE BOROUGH OF KUMARA. IN pursuance of the “ Licensing Act, 1881,” and the “ Licensing Act, Amendment, 1882,” I, Alfred Skilton, Returning Officer for the above District, do hereby give notice that TUESDAY, the 20th day of February, is the day appointed for the ELECTION of Five Persons to constitute a LICENSING COMMITTEE for the said District. And I do hereby give notice that the Town Hall, Kumara, will be the Polling Place for such Election, and that the Poll will be taken between the hours of 9 o’clock a.m. and 6 o’clock p.m. NOMINATIONS will be received at the Town Clerk’s Office, Kumara (where printed forms of Nomination Papers may be had), addressed to the Returning Officer, up to noon on TUESDAY, the 13th day of February, 1883.
