Sydney, June 22. The nautical inquiry into the cause of the collision between the Union Company's steamship Arawata and the brig Sea Nymph, in which the latter was Bnnk on the 9tb inst., was closed to-day. Tha Board has found that the captain of the Arawata was to blame for navigating the harbor during the severe weather of tbe night of collision, bnt in consequence of extenuating circumstances he is only reprimanded and admonished. The New South Wales Parliament has been farther prorogued to August 22.
