HEREAS it has been made to ap- ,, pear that Certain things required to be done by "The Municipal Colorations Act, 18f3," in connection with the making And revision of the bargess lists or rolls of the Borough of Kumara Cannot l>e done by or within the time required by the Mid Act 1 Now, therefore, his Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the power and mithority Vested in him by tlte twelfth section of the said Act, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Colony, doth hereby exletitt the time for the doing of the said things in connection With the burgess lists or rolls of the said Borongh of Ktttnara, and doth de dare that the time for the doing of sttch several things shall bo those which (ire specified in the Schedule hereto annexed. SCHEDULE. 1. For making out the bnrgpßa list i On or before the Bth June, 1882. 2. Public notification of the burgess list, and the defaulters' list beirtg mldy for lns|iection: On the 10th June, 1882. 3. Burgess and defaulters' list open for inspection, and delivery of objections thereto: Until the 34th June, 1882. \. Inspection of list of objections : From tho 20th June to the Ist July, 1882. 5.
