John White applied for a residence area on the Dillmaii's-Christchurch road.—Granted. Alex. Anderson applied for six months' protection for his claim at Duiiedin Flat.—Granted. Charles Goodwin and Robert M'filone applied for residence areas at the head of Larrikin's track.—Granted, subject to conditions. W. S. Hauna, E. Stevenson, and W. Newton applied for three months' protection for claim on the boundary of the Kumara Education Reserve.—No appearance ; application struck out. Joseph Meade and party applied for the construction of a fail-race at Larrikin's. M'Cotter and party, through whose claim the tail-race passed, did not object, and the application was granted. GREENSTONE. John Mil wain applied for a doublearea claim at Liverpool Terrace, being abandoned ground.—Granted. Charles Kabl applied for six months' protection for his hut at Cape Terrace, prospecting being the cause for which he sought protection.—Granted. Louis Loßich and party applied to construct a tail-race at Hamilton's Gully, Cape Terrace.—Granted. George Boyle aud party applied to construct a water-race on the north side of Greenßtone Creek.—Granted.
