Extending time for prr paration op burgess roll of borough of KUMARA. Arthur Gordon, Governor* Otder in Council. At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifth day of Judo, 1882. Present: His Excellency the Governor in Council. HEREAB it has been made to appear that certain things required to be done by "The Municipal Coporations Act, 1873," in connection with the making and revision of the burgess Hats or rolls of the Borough of Kumara cannot be done by or within the time required by the said Act t Now, therefore, his Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the twelfth section of the said Act, and by and irith the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth fciftretty extend the time for the doittf d -the said things in connection With the burgess lists or rolls of the •aid Borough of Kumara, and doth de elare that the time for the doing of such several things shall be those which are specified in the Schedule hereto annexed. SCHEDULE. 1. For making out the burgess Hst: On or before the Bth June, 1882. 2. Public notification of the burgess list, and the defaulters' list being ready for inspection: On the 10th June, 1882. 3. Burgess and defaulters' list open for inspection, and delivery of ol»jnctiona thereto: Until the 24th June, 1882. 4. Inspection of Hit of objections : From the 26th June to the Ist July, 1882. 5.
