EXTENDING TIME FOR PREPARATION OF BURGESS ROLL OF BOROUGH OF KUMARA. Arthur Gordon, Governor. Older in Council. At the Government HoUse, at Welling--ton, this fifth day of June, 1882. Present: His Excellency tub Governor in Council. WHEREAS it has been made to ap- . pear that certain things required to be done by "'The Municipal Coporations Aot, 1873," in connection with the making and revision of the burgess lists or rolls of the Borough of Kumara tannot be done by or within the time required by the said Act: Now, therefore, his Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the twelfth section of the said Act, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby extend tho time for the doing of the said things in connection With, the bargees lists or rolls of the Raid Borough of Kumarn, and doth de dare that the time for the doing of such several things (dull be those which are Specified in tho Schedule hereto anhexedi 'SCHEDULE. 1. For ranking out the burgess list: On or before thi« Bth June, 1882. 2. Public notification of the burgess list, and the defaulters' list being ready for inspection: On the 10th June, 1882. 3. Burgess and def-iutters' list open for inspection, and delivery of objections thereto t Until the 21th June, 1882. I. Inspection of list of objections : From the 2(sth June to the Ist July, j 1882. _ 5. Sitting of Council to determine claims and objections t On the 10th July. 1882.
