WHEREAS it has been made to appear that certain things required to be done by "The Municipal Colorations Act, 1873," in connection with the making and revision of the buigess lists or rolls of the Borough of Kumara cannot l»e done by or wiihin the time required by the said Act: Now, therefore, his Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the twelfth section of the said Act, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony. doth hereby extend the time for the doing of (lie mi id things in connection with the burg>ss lists or rolls of the Bnid Borough of Kumara, and doth de dare that the time for the doing of such several things shall be those which are specified in the Schedule hereto an- j liexed. !
