WHEREAS it has been made to appear that certain things required to be done by “The Municipal Colorations Act, 1873,” in connection with the making and revision of the buigess lists or rolls of the Borough of Kumara Cannot he done by or within the time required by the said Act ! Now, therefore) bis Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the twelfth Section of the said Act, and by and • \vith.i,tbe advice and consent of the ]£xecuuyajCouncU of the said colony, doth the time for the doing of the said things in connection With the burgiss lists or rolls of the said Borough of Kumara, and doth de dare that the time for the doing of sUch several things shall he those which are Specified in the Schedule hereto anhexed.
