KUMAR A HOSPITAL.
The usual fortnightly meeting of the Hospital Committee was held in the Secretary's Boom last evening; present—Mr Toms (in the chair), Messrs Morgan, Morris, While, and Spyer. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed. Letters were ivad fmui Messrs Hughes and Wilson, tendering their resignation as committee-men, as they have left the district. Their resignations were accepted with regret. The Wardsman's report for the month of May was read and received. It sh-.wed that the total number of patients treated duriug the month was seven. Two were discharged cured, and two were discharged relieved, so that there remained at the end of the month only three patients in the Hospital, viz, Franz Bauer, suffering from chronic rheumatism ; 0. F. Binman, from fiautures; and M. Bitch, from old age. Subscriptions were handed in by— Mr Morris, £1 ; Mr White, £1 10s; Mr Morgan, £i 10s; the Secretaiy, il. Accounts to the amount of £dQ 17s 6d were passed for payment.
