" JOINT STOCK COMPANIES ACT, 1860." Attention is hereby directed to the regulations recently issued under " The Stamp Fee Act, 1880," and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 28, of the 23rd March last, which provide for the payment of certain fees by means of stamps. Managers of Companies and others are requested, when transmitting fees to the Kegistrar of Joiut-Stock Companies, to remit the same by means of stamps, which may be obtained of all Postmasters and Licensed Dealors on application.
