WESTLAND RIFLE ASSOCIATION.

At a meeting of the Executive Com* raittee of the Westland Rifle Associa* tion held last night, present—Captain O’Hagan, Sergeant Davies, Privates E. Stennard, and Dove, the following pro* gramme was resolved upon for the meeting on Good Friday, 7th April No. 1 MA'TdH.—2QO yards, handicap; ten shots.

The total amount will be RULES AND CONDITIONS. 1. Entrance fee for each match, 2s fid, 2. Firing to commence at 7 a.m. In the event of the visitors not being on the range at the ; tinie appointed, the Kuraara competitors will start firing. 3. Points will not be included in the aggregate score. 4. Each competitor to provide himself with aminnnitiori. 5. Uniforms willnot be worn. 6. All disputes to be settled by a committee of the senior officers present, (one from each company). 7. Two sighting shots'will be allowed at each range, at fid. per shot; to go to the funds of the Association. ' '' 8. Government rules of 1878 to be adopted where none of the above rules apP ] 7- ' '
