BRITISH AND FOREIGN. London, March 29. Five persons have been arrested on suspicion of being implicated in the murder committedyesterday in Dublin, the motive for which is supposed to have been political. In possession of one of them was found arras and several papers of a seditions character, and these have been seized.by the police. The Right , Hou. John Bright has introduced in the House of Commons, on behalf of Government, a Bill to disfranchise on account of corrupt practices, the boroughs of Boston, Marlesfield, and Canterbury, and to further suspend
for the eame cause the seats for Chester, Gloucester, Oxford, and Wigan.
