BOROUGH OF KUMAR A. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN—--Ist. That the Borough Council propose to construct a TANK, lay down PIPES, and fix HYDRANTS for the purpose of supplying the Town of Kumara with WATER for Fire and general purposes. 2nd. That the Council propose to borrow the sum of Eighteen Hundred Pounds for the above purpose. 3rd. That the Council propose to pledge as security for such loan— A. A special rate of One Shilling in the Pound on all rateable property within the Borough. B. A first charge on the general rates of the Borough.
