NOTICE TO MINERS AND THE PUBLIC. The Proprietors of the Kumara Times have made arrangements with a thoroughly competent gentleman to supply a MINING REPORT to this journal at least once a week. And they hope that by so doing the Miners and business people will respond by doing what lies in their power to increase the number of subscribers, that so the proprietary may be recouped for the additional expense occasioned.
