THE DOG NUISANCE
(to TUE EDITOR.] Sir—This lias become such an intolerable nuisanbe that the local governing bodies should appoint someone at (say) one shilling per dog and hunt up the owners of these unregistered pests wandering about the highways and snapping at the lower understandings bf unsuspecting females. Outside of the borough boundary there is scarcely a dog which is I‘egistered. I think it a great shame such vagabonds are allowed to roam.—l am, in haste, Bridget M'Geighkey. Dillman’s, March 10.
