ELECTION OF LICENSING COMMITTEE.

ARAIIURA LICENSING DISTRICT. The poll for the election of five members to constitute the Licensing Committee for the Licensing District of Arabura was taken yesterday. There were originally twelve candidates nominated, but as two of these withdrew; the number who actually went for election was ten. Although we have not yet received the official notification of the result, a reliable correspondent at Stafford has kindly forwarded us the votes taken at the different polling-places; which are as follow :
