“ R.T.” The' largest individual score ever made at cricket that we know of was by W. G. Grace, who, in a match against twenty-two, made 440 (not out); E. F. B. Tyelcote also made 404 (not out); and the same Grace scored 344 in a first-class match ; so that Murdoch’s fine score of 321 in the intercolonial , contest being played at Sydney has been thrice, and we believe even on one or two other occasions, eclipsed.
