HANDICAP RIFLE MATCH.

A handicap rifle match* open to all members of the Kumara Rifle Company, is to take place on Fridays and Saturdays during the present season. The first prize will be fora silver watch of the value of £lO ; the second prize, £2j and the third, £l, The ranges will be 200, 400, and 500 yards; seven shots at each range. Wimbledon target, 1873 ; position, any throughout. Squads may fire at 6 a.m. on Fridays, and 6 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturdays. There is an entrance fee of Is. The principal prize has to be won three limes, two of the wins to be consecutive, before it comes the absolute property of such winner. The second prize will he awarded to the competitor who scores the next most wins j and the third prize to the next, in like manner.
